How to Add or Edit a New Seminar


Search Page is the page where customers are searching for the events. Events are shown in the search results in abbreviated form.


Single Event Page is the page of Single Event. Users get to this page by clicking on the selected event in the search results or anywhere else on the page (on the first page, in the side menu …).

Add Seminars Form is the automated form for adding your seminars. Once you have entered all the required fields and clicked on the Submit Event button, your seminar will be published on the website.

How to Add Seminars?

1. Open the Seminar Entry Form

If you don’t have it, please choose your subscription and register. You can find instructions here.

If you already have an active subscription, click on the “Add Seminars” in the main menu.

Click on the “Add new” button. If you are not logged in you need to first fill out the “Log in” form with the username and password you set at the registration.

A seminar entry form will open.

2. Fill in all required fields

Some input fields are required, others can be filled in as desired.
Instructions for completion are located next to each field.

Once you have entered all the required fields and clicked on the Add Seminar button, your seminar will be published on the website.


Enter the title of the Seminar.

The purpose, content and program of the event

Enter all the necessary data.

Date And Time

Enter the start and end date and hour. You can add notes on the time and select timezone.


If the event is repeating, you can select intervals.

The option “Show only one occurrence of this event” means that in the search results of the page only one time, especially for events where attendance at all meetings is essential.

Event Data

Here you can choose the type of event. You can also add a target group and additional speakers description.

This data shows in the Single Event Page in the box.

Hourly Schedule

If your event is multiple days, you can add a different schedule for each day. 
Please, add speakers before you add this data.

How to Edit Seminars?

You must be logged in.

Click on the “Add Seminars” in the main menu.

If you have any seminars they will all be displayed on this page after the “Add new” button.

Click on the NAME of the seminar to edit it.

Edit the desired fields and click on the Submit Event button at the bottom of the page.

The maximum size allowed is 500Mb. We recommend 1280×960 px dimensions.
